Each year prior to the AKCA Annual Seminar/Convention in June, each AKCA affiliated club that has been a member club for the current year is asked to select a "Koi Person of the Year" for their respective club. He/she or multiple persons from the same household may be chosen by their club using whatever method or criteria each club decides is appropriate. The "Koi Person of the Year" is/are someone who has made a significant contribution to Koi keeping and/or to their club during the past year. Additionally the club can consider whatever else criteria it chooses.

The Atlanta Koi Club has selected Ron Scott as our 2007 Koi Person of the Year.  Congratulations Ron!
