Come see the Annual Atlanta Koi and Goldfish Show.  You’ll get to see beautiful koi and goldfish as they are judged to see who will become this years Grand Champions!  Additionally, enjoy a little shopping!  Participating vendors will have live koi and goldfish, as well as t-shirts, plants, jewelry and more. Come by to learn more about the Hobby of Keeping Koi.   Best of all, there is no charge for admission!

Show Hours:   9/19– Saturday 9am-5pm    9/20 – Sunday 9am-2pm (10a-12p Judges Discuss Koi)

Hotel Accommodations:  Preferred-rate accommodations are offered at the Courtyard Atlanta Northlake , 4083 Lavista Road, Tucker, GA 30084 – the rates are $94 with the Breakfast Buffet for a King or Double (2 Queen Beds)  (no pets allowed, unless they are assistance dogs).  The rate without breakfast is $84.  Any reservations made after August 27th will be booked at regular room rates.

The show will have two categories of vendors - wet vendors who will offer fish for sale and may have other related merchandise and dry vendors who will not offer fish for sale.

JapanFest, one of the largest Japanese festivals in the country, is an annual celebration of Japanese culture. JapanFest, to held September 19-20 at Gwinnett Center, will feature taiko drum concerts and dance performances, martial arts demonstrations, cultural workshops including tea ceremony, kimono, and calligraphy, children’s games, Japanese food & beer garden, bonsai trees, and contemporary and traditional music. JapanFest is organized by The Japan-America Society of Georgia and The Japanese Chamber of Commerce and supported by the Consulate General of Japan.
